EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource) is a five-year Network of Excellence funded by the European Commission's Research Directorate General under the "Food Quality and Safety Priority" of the Sixth Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development. The network involves 49 partners from universities, research institutes and small-to-medium sized enterprises from 27 European countries.
