UNEP / IISD - MEA (Multilateral Environmental Agreements) Bulletin - Issue No. 108

The 108th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on meetings of the Second Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to Prepare a Global Legally Binding Instrument on Mercury, the high-level intersessional meeting of the Commission on Sustainable Development on a 10-Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production, and an informal meeting of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Committee on Trade and Environment in Special Session.
